Message frequency varies depending on your account activity:

• 2FA Messages:  Sent only when you request authentication (typically 1-2 times per month)
• Service Notifications:  Sent as needed for important account events (typically 0-10 times per month)

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile operator. Itingo, Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile operator.

Our SMS service is compatible with most major US carriers.

Your mobile phone number and message content will be used only for:

• Deliver the requested SMS messages
• Account security and authentication
• Service-related communications
• Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Service Availability

Although we strive to provide reliable SMS delivery, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% success rate in message delivery
• Immediate delivery of messages
• Service availability during network outages or maintenance

8. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to receive SMS messages. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

9. Changes to the Terms
